The bread is very easy to bake and will most likely bring a surprised smile to your guests’ faces.

    For the dough:
    17.6 oz. (500 g) all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. active dry yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 1/4 cups (290-300 ml) lukewarm water

    For the filling:
    2-3 garlic cloves
2-3 tbsp. chopped herbs (chives, parsley, dill, oregano, etc.)
1/2 cup (120 g) butter, at room temperature
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    some cayenne pepper (optional)
1 package mini-mozzarella (about 4.4 oz. net weight)

    For the topping:
    2 tsp. white sesame
    2 tsp. black sesame
    1/4 tsp. granulated garlic
    1/4 tsp. granulated onions
    some salt & pepper
    1 egg for brushing

Ready-made tomato sauce (for example, pizza sauce)

    Preparation

In the beginning the dough is prepared. This takes a little longer due to the rising time, so you should prepare it first. We recommend the mixing bowl set carla, consisting of two different sized mixing bowls with splash guard. This is perfect for making the dough and filling the bread.
First mix flour, yeast, salt and sugar in the large bowl carlotta. Then you add oil and lukewarm water and knead everything into a smooth dough in about 5 minutes. Knead it once more briefly with your hands, then put it back into the bowl carlotta, cover it with the accompanying lids and leave it to rise in a warm place for 45-60 minutes.

While the dough is rising, peel the garlic cloves and press them through a press. Chop the herbs and then mix everything with the soft butter. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper (optional) and place in the refrigerator until you want to use it again in the small bowl.

Grease an ovenproof dish (springform pan, casserole dish etc.) or line it with baking paper. Place a smaller ovenproof dish in the middle, in which the dip will later be presented.

When the dough has risen nicely, knead it once again briefly on a floured surface and then divide it into about 30 equally sized pieces. Form the individual pieces of dough into flat slices in the palm of your hand and then place either some herb butter or a mozzarella ball in the middle of the dough slice.
Pull the dough all around the filling and then press it together to enclose the filling. This is the surprise at your barbecue party.
Form even balls and arrange them around the small form. Cover the dough balls again and let them rise for about 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)

To give the bread a little more taste and appearance, mix the sesame seeds with garlic, onions, salt and pepper for the topping. Brush the risen dough balls with beaten egg and sprinkle with the topping. Bake for about 28-30 minutes until everything has a nice golden brown colour. Take them out of the oven and let them cool down a little. As a dip in the middle, you can use pizza sauce, cheese sauce or tzatziki – and your Party Crasher is ready!

Today’s recipe is for a tasty appetiser – salmon tartare with apple, cucumber and dill, on a golden baked crouton, and with butter on the fish. At first glance, this tartare seems a little elaborate, but that is not the case at all. Quite the opposite.
