If a keeeper product is intended for contact with food, it is labelled with a corresponding symbol. All keeeper products are subject to extensive and rigorous quality control standards, which we adhere to. All keeeper products are safe for human consumption for adults and kids, in accordance with the relevant health and safety regulations. By law, they are free of Bisphenol A (abbreviation: BPA) and do not contain heavy metals, plasticisers or other potentially harmful substances.
Food-contact keeeper products intended for use in refrigerators or freezers are temperature-resistant within the temperature limits specified for each product.
If a product is indicated as suited for use in a microwave, then it can be used in this way. It is important to note that in order to avoid overheating a keeeper product suitable for use up to 100 °C, the temperature of the food should not exceed 100 °C. The optimal heating method is to heat the meal for three minutes at a maximum of 400 Watts, stir it, and then heat it again if necessary. Additionally, it is essential to ensure that the lid is not closed, but rather placed loosely on the container.
Discolourations on keeeper products, caused by strongly-coloured foods such as carrots or red beets, generally disappear in the dishwasher. If fat-containing foods (e.g. goulash or tomato sauce) are overheated in the microwave, however, this can lead to permanent discolouration. In order to avoid overheating a keeeper product suitable for use up to 100 °C, the temperate of the food should not exceed 100 °C.
If the keeeper product is labeled with the appropriate symbol, it can be placed in the dishwasher. This symbol can generally be found on the bottom of the product and /or the product label. We recommend placing products labeled as dishwasher-safe on the upper rack of the dishwasher.
keeeper products do not generally take on odours. In exceptional cases, slight odours may persist after use. In such cases, we recommend that you leave the keeeper jar open for several hours in a freezer compartment. Caution: Do not drop the keeeper jar when frozen as it may break!

This guarantee/warranty is a commercial guarantee/warranty and represents our obligation to provide services as described below for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.
This commercial guarantee/warranty is not a commercial guarantee/warranty of durability and does not mean that the product is designed, expected or promised to remain fully functional for 10 years under all conditions of use.
This commercial guarantee/warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, the consumer’s statutory rights under the applicable legal guarantee/warranty of conformity of two years.
This commercial guarantee/warranty applies to all keeeper products and covers damage to the purchased product resulting from material or workmanship defects arising during normal household use within the period of 10 years starting from the date of purchase. If your guarantee/warranty claim is valid, meaning you have grounds to make a claim as described in this document – which will be determined by keeeper, keeeper will remedy the defect free of charge. It is keeeper, and not the consumer, that decides which one of the following three options will apply in each individual case: (i) repairing the faulty product, (ii) replacing it with the same or an equivalent product, or (iii) refunding the purchase price. Claims for damages that do not affect the purchased item itself, and any claim to loss of profits or downtime, are not covered by the guarantee/warranty. Any possible liability resulting from mandatory legal provisions is not affected.
This commercial guarantee/warranty is not subject to any geographical limitation and applies in all countries where keeeper sells its products.

This voluntary commitment applies for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase by the consumer evidenced with the proof of purchase showing the date of purchase. Please note that any use of the guarantee/warranty does not extend its duration. Replacement parts supplied under this voluntary commitment are covered for 6 months, but never for a period shorter than the remaining duration of the original commitment.
Please submit your guarantee/warranty claim to keeeper. To initiate a claim, the claimant should send an email to love2help@keeeper.com together with photographs of the product, proof of purchase showing the date of purchase, and a written description of the claimed damage.
keeeper will then send the claimant an email explaining the next steps. If the product needs to be sent in for further assessment, we will cover the cost of shipping. The claimant is responsible for any transportation-related risk.
