1. Provider and Scope

This accessibility information applies to the online shop of

keeeper GmbH

Industriehafen 9–25
32479 Hille
Germany
Email: info@keeeper.com
Phone: +49 (0) 5773 801-0

and to the e-commerce services offered via this online shop.

The scope covers the website www.keeeper.com.

2. Description of the Service

Through our online shop, we offer consumers in particular storage and organisation systems, kitchen accessories, household and home accessories, as well as other products for the home and household.

The respective product pages provide essential information about the products offered. This may include, in particular, product descriptions, images, prices, available colours, sizes and variants, dimensions and capacities, material information, as well as instructions for care and use.

The desired products can be selected via the online shop, added to the shopping cart and subsequently purchased using the ordering process provided.

3. Ordering Process

Products can be accessed and selected via the navigation, categories and product pages of the online shop.

A desired product can – where applicable, after selecting an available variant – be added to the shopping cart. In the shopping cart, the selected items can be reviewed again before completing the order and, where provided for, their quantities can be changed or items can be removed.

You can then proceed to checkout using the designated button. There, the information required to process the order, in particular contact, delivery and payment information, will be requested.

Before submitting the binding order, the essential order information will be displayed again. The order becomes binding by clicking the appropriately labelled button.

After the order has been successfully submitted, you will receive confirmation of receipt and/or processing of the order in accordance with the contractual provisions applicable to the online shop.

4. Accessibility Requirements

E-commerce services are subject to the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz – BFSG) and the Ordinance on the Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz-Verordnung – BFSGV).

The aim of these legal requirements is to ensure that digital services are provided in such a way that they can be found, accessed and used by people with disabilities in the generally customary manner, without particular difficulty and, in principle, without assistance from others.

When designing and further developing our online shop, we therefore take particular account of requirements relating to the perceivability, operability, understandability and robustness of the digital content and functions offered.

This applies in particular to:

  • a structure and navigation of the online shop that are as clear and comprehensible as possible,
  • the operability of essential functions using different input methods,
  • a comprehensible presentation of information and controls,
  • sufficient perceivability of text and essential visual content,
  • the provision of alternative text for relevant non-text content where required,
  • comprehensible labels and information for forms and input fields,
  • comprehensible information in the event of input errors,
  • an accessible design of the shopping cart and ordering process, and
  • the perceivability, operability, understandability and robustness of the identification, security and payment functions provided as part of the ordering process.

Accessibility requirements are continuously taken into account in the technical and content-related development of the online shop.

5. Accessibility Information for the Products Offered

Where information on the accessibility of individual products offered in the online shop is provided to us by the respective responsible economic operators, and where such information is required by law, we make this information available as part of our online offering.
