keeeper is a plastics company based in stemwede. keeeper is cool. yeah! but what has a vw t2 bulli got to do with keeeper? quite a lot, actually… all will be revealed here. all aboard for a thrilling test drive.
A test drive usually begins with an external view of the object of desire. But instead of starting with the minty colour of the Bulli, we will start with the keeeper brand. Let’s start with the facts: keeeper represents order and lifestyle, and our brand name highlights this “orderly” aspiration. It contains four “e”s, standing for everybody, everything, everywhere – enjoy living! In other words keeeper is for everyone! For everyone who loves order and their home, keeeper is first and foremost a “way of life”.
The mint-coloured T2 Billi, which is branded to the finest detail, is also a “way of life”. The MINT colour is attractive and trendy. It is also representative of our Human Resources (HR) department. We take care of all of our keeeper colleagues, and naturally our trainees, in the different fields. M-I-N-T is not just a lovely colour, but is also associated with technical roles in the fields of Mathematics, IT, Science (“Naturwissenschaften” in German) and Technology.
As part of the brand relaunch in 2016, the idea emerged of using this vehicle as a way of taking the new keeeper brand onto the streets – both as a means of transport and as a mobile advertising medium, for example for careers fairs or events. Once we had found the right model, we could start planning. Details such as the paint colour, the material of the interior fittings, etc., were specified, and “Operation Restore the keeeper Mobile” got underway. Firstly, the vehicle was completely dismantled, and gradually painted mint green and cream white. Door seals were then inserted, the cables were laid, and the seats were moved. Every single part of this collector’s item was replaced. To finish, the centrepiece – the engine – was installed.
It runs, and runs, and runs – our mint green T2 Bulli can often be seen trundling along to trade and careers fairs, and along with our products, it receives a lot of attention.
