The takeover of the keeeper Group by Mutares SE & Co. KGaA in June 2019 has enabled the keeeper brand to develop its potential further successfully. As a full-range provider of practical household products, keeeper reinforces the Mutares portfolio segment of goods & services. Thanks to its integration in this group of companies, keeeper will be able to draw on its expertise and synergies in the areas of marketing, purchasing, development, production and logistics.

At the trade fair in Frankfurt/Main from 7 to 11 February 2020, the plastic producer’s product innovations will find a perfect platform. Staying with the motto “multifunctional and sustainable”, keeeper will be presenting sensible everyday helpers and kitchen utensils in stylized home environments at Ambiente 2020 in hall 12.1, stand B 09. And where the topic of sustainability is concerned, the resource-saving household helps and storage solutions in the eco line will be expecting visitors in four different colours.

In keeping with the company philosophy, keeeper offers many articles that facilitate the fashioning of a sustainable lifestyle. In addition to which the production processes are also designed as environment-friendly and sustainable as possible: to meet its strict benchmarks for quality and longevity, keeeper manufactures with the latest technologies. This helps to ensure low energy consumption. And attaching importance to the avoidance of long transport routes is also of a piece with the company philosophy of focussing on a resource-saving production. European providers are hence preferred in the supplier selection.

eco line – environmentally aware with the blue angel

With the introduction of its eco line, keeeper clearly commits to the topic of sustainability. The series defines itself by practical box formats, a restrained colour scheme and clear lines at the very same time. They are made in a resource-saving manner from 100 % recycled plastic (procyclen®). Procyclen® is a high-quality regranulate created from recycled packaging materials. The regranulate is regularly tested for hazardous substances by independent institutes and certified to the highest standards. Applicable to all keeeper products is the clear strategy of “Made in Europe”. International environmental, safety and quality standards are also met in the process.
The eco line products from keeeper have been certified with the blue angel mark, thus offering environmentally aware households an ideal alternative to products made from conventional plastics.
